Is there a management quota here?
XIME's current admission and fee pages describe an exam score, an online application and a GD-PI. They do not publish a management-quota percentage. Treat any paid bypass as inconsistent with those pages.
XIME Bangalore is a residential Electronics City PGDM with a published exam-plus-interview door. A CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA or GMAT score is required at this campus. KMAT is not the Bangalore door; XIME lists KMAT only for Kochi. That matters, because agents in this city often stretch Karnataka’s KMAT layer over names it never covers.
What should an applicant plan for?
Apply only at admissions.xime.org. The admission page lists a Rs 2,000 application fee and Rs 250 more for a second campus. Applicants with backlogs are not eligible. Final-year students may apply if they have held 50% so far, finish exams before July 2026, and submit proof of passing by September 2026.
The 2026-28 Bangalore programme fee on the official fee page is Rs 12,90,000. Hostel is extra and, unless formally exempted, compulsory. XIME also publishes selection weights: test 35%, GD and interview 40%, academics 13%, and extra-curriculars, diversity and work experience 12%. A modest test score can still be a real file if the rest of the profile is coherent. It is not an exam-free file.
Where does XIME fit in a Bangalore shortlist?
XIME is the lower official tuition of the two new autonomous PGDMs on this hub, next to JAGSoM. It is not Christ, Jain or Alliance, and it is not a KMAT management-share college. Use it when you want a residential South-Bangalore PGDM and can sit one of the accepted tests.
