Studying abroad is a long journey with many moving parts, tests, shortlists, applications, funding and visas, spread across different countries and deadlines. Made well, the decisions compound; made hastily, they are expensive to undo.

Academic background
A relevant bachelor's degree (or, for MIM, often a recent degree with little or no work experience) from a recognised university.
Standardised tests
Commonly the GRE for MS/M.Tech and the GMAT or GRE for MBA and MIM, alongside an English proficiency test such as IELTS, TOEFL or PTE.
Application documents
Transcripts, a statement of purpose, letters of recommendation and a resume; specific requirements vary by country and university.
Work experience
Usually expected for an MBA, often not required for MIM or many MS programmes, we confirm this per programme.

Which tests do I need to study abroad?
It depends on the programme, commonly the GRE for MS/M.Tech and the GMAT or GRE for MBA and MIM, plus an English test such as IELTS, TOEFL or PTE. We build a test plan around your timeline.
What is an MIM, and how is it different from an MBA?
A Master in Management (MIM) is aimed at recent graduates with little or no work experience, while an MBA typically expects a few years of work experience. We help you choose what fits your stage.
Does Udaan help with scholarships and the visa process?
Yes. We guide students on funding options and scholarships and through the student-visa process for their chosen country.
How far ahead should I start?
Ideally twelve to eighteen months before the intake, to allow time for tests, applications and scholarships, though we also help students working to shorter timelines.
Which countries can Udaan help with?
