SIESCOMS is the college where Maharashtra’s institute-level story stops being theory. Most MMS pages say “institute-level seats exist, consult the brochure.” This one publishes the paperwork: the guidelines, the merit lists, the counselling notices, the vacancy schedule — and a fee sheet that prints, in its own row, a Management Seats fee at “Upto 3 times”* the regular fee.

What the documents actually say

The FRA notice first: for 2026-27, Maharashtra’s Fee Regulating Authority fixed the MMS fee at Rs 2,35,000 for the year — tuition Rs 2,04,348 plus development fee Rs 30,652 — with the standard clause that a later FRA revision passes through to students.

Then the fee structure sheet dated 1 August 2026. Under the MMS table sit six rows: tuition, development fee, Management Seats Fees — “Upto 3 times” — Rs 7,05,000*, caution money Rs 25,000, and NRI lines at zero. The asterisk is explained nowhere on the page. That single unexplained line is why this profile exists: it is the third institute we have found printing a quota-linked fee differential in its own handout, after SIBM Bengaluru’s and SIBM Hyderabad’s Discretionary Quota — and the first at a 3x multiple. Our institute-level rules page explains what the state allows: up to 20% of intake as institute-level seats, admitted by merit among CET-registered applicants, charged at the FRA-approved fee, with anything above that capitation under the 1987 Act. A printed 3x line sits in real tension with that framework — which is exactly the question to put to the admission office in writing.

The rounds, dated

For 2026-27 the college ran two post-CAP doors. Institute-Level Seats (ILS): applications on the college ERP closed 7 September at 5 pm, with MH-CET score card, scrutiny receipt and state merit rank uploaded as one PDF. Counselling began 12 September, in person, slotted by inter-se merit number on the displayed General Merit List — miss your slot and the seat passes to the next candidate. Against-CAP (ACAP) vacant seats: applications closed 8 September at 6 pm; vacancies displayed 8 September; provisional merit 9 September; grievances and final merit 10 September; counselling rounds 1 and 2 on 11 September (11 am for merit numbers 1-100, 3 pm for 101 onwards); cancellation window to 13 September; spot rounds 13-14 September if seats remained.

Every step is merit-ordered, documented and displayed — the opposite of an agent’s back door. If someone offers you a SIESCOMS seat outside these displayed lists, the college’s own notices are your rebuttal.

The college markets “100% placements since inception” and describes the 2024-26 season as starting September 2025 with 200+ offers by December 2025.
