Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Noida

Deemed · Plot No. 47 & 48, Block A, Sector 62, Noida 201301

Last updated 23 September 2026 · Reviewed by Piyush Agarwal · Latest change: Initial profile — the parked item cleared. The institute had been parked because its programme page printed no fee, intake or dates; the restructured site now prints all three: a 60-seat intake with the full reservation framework, two unlabelled fee tables (Rs 9,40,000 and Rs 8,94,000 per annum, each proved by its four-instalment row), the completed 2025-26 calendar (disclosed, not presented as current), and an official Placement Report MBA 2024-26 PDF (highest Rs 19.72 LPA, mean Rs 8.6, median Rs 9.5, 40 companies). No discretionary-quota line on any page opened.

The short answer

As of 23 September 2026, SIBM Noida admits its two-year MBA through SNAP on a printed 60-seat intake, with eligibility at 50% in graduation (45% for SC/ST). The official fee page prints two unlabelled annual tables — Rs 9,40,000 (Rs 18.80 lakh across the batch) and Rs 8,94,000 — while the important-dates page still shows the completed 2025-26 cycle; the 2027-29 institute dates are not yet republished.

Selection process

  1. Register and pay for SNAP 2026 at snaptest.org — registration and payment close 25 November 2026; computer-based tests on 13, 19 and 26 December 2026; result 12 January 2027.
  2. Register and pay separately to SIBM Noida for the MBA programme — appearing in SNAP does not by itself register a candidate with the institute.
  3. The institute's important-dates page (opened 23 September 2026) still prints the completed 2025-26 cycle: institute registration closed 9 January 2026, GE-PI ran 9-11 and 25-27 February 2026, the first merit list declared 7 March 2026, and the programme commenced 9 June 2026. The 2027-29 institute calendar is not yet republished — treat the completed cycle as the pattern, not the schedule.

Is there a management quota here?

No Discretionary Quota Seats line prints on the SIBM Noida pages we opened today — unlike SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad, whose fee pages carry the 2x rule in writing. What the institute does print, on its eligibility page and in its FAQ, is the reservation framework: within the 60-seat intake, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PwD 3%; above the intake, 2 seats for Kashmiri Migrants and a 15% international-students provision. The SIU caution notice governs every category — no donation or capitation, no authorised agents, permanent debarment for agent-mediated approaches. Anyone selling a 'management seat' at SIBM Noida is describing a route the institute does not print.

SIBM Noida is the NCR campus of the Symbiosis system — a 60-seat MBA at Sector 62, Noida, that was parked in our queue for weeks because its site printed no fee, intake or dates. The restructured site now prints all three, and we profile it today from sibmnoida.edu.in, opened 23 September 2026.

What should an applicant plan for?

The university-level calendar is known and live: SNAP registration closes 25 November 2026, tests run 13, 19 and 26 December 2026, and the result is due 12 January 2027. What is not yet republished is SIBM Noida’s own 2027-29 institute calendar — the important-dates page still prints the completed 2025-26 cycle (institute registration closed 9 January 2026, GE-PI in two February windows, first merit list 7 March 2026, commencement 9 June 2026), and the eligibility page’s apply button still says “SNAP 2025”. Treat the completed cycle as the pattern, not the schedule — and note that at several Symbiosis institutes the own-form deadline lands on or just before the SNAP result day, so waiting for the score before registering is the classic way to miss the institute window.

The fee page that prints two tables

The official Academic Fees page prints two Indian-student MBA tables, one after the other, with no batch or year label distinguishing them: Rs 9,40,000 per annum — instalments of Rs 4,70,000 x 4, Rs 18,80,000 across the batch — and Rs 8,94,000 per annum — instalments of Rs 4,47,000 x 4, Rs 17,88,000 across the batch — plus a Rs 20,000 refundable institute deposit in both readings. Both tables are printed and dated today; which one governs your batch is a question for the admission office in writing, not for an agent’s say-so. In the wider system, the Noida bill sits between Hyderabad and Nagpur on the Symbiosis fee ladder, and the five-campus SIBM comparison puts the sibling bills side by side.

Placements 2024-26, from the institute’s own PDF

The official Placement Report MBA 2024-26 prints a highest package of Rs 19.72 LPA (then Rs 16, Rs 14 and Rs 13 LPA), a mean salary of Rs 8.6 LPA and a median of Rs 9.5 LPA across 40 visiting companies — the median printing above the mean on the institute’s own chart, which usually means the middle of the batch did better than the average suggests. The industry split is led by Software/AI/Analytics/IT (8 companies), Consulting (7) and Fintech/BFSI (6). Read it against our placement-report methodology before comparing headlines with any other campus.

The quota answer

No Discretionary Quota Seats line prints on any SIBM Noida page we opened today — unlike SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad, whose fee pages carry the 2x rule in writing. What Noida prints instead is a plain reservation framework (SC 15% / ST 7.5% / PwD 3% within intake; 2 Kashmiri Migrant seats and 15% international above it), with the SIU caution notice governing all of it: no donation or capitation, no authorised agents, permanent debarment for agent-mediated approaches.

How Udaan helps with SIBM Noida applicants

We confirm which fee table governs your batch through the admission office before you budget, diarise both deadlines (SNAP’s and the institute’s own, once republished), and run the Noida bill against the verified Delhi NCR options on total cost — fee, hostel and travel — rather than the brand name. Anyone offering a Noida seat outside SNAP and this process is contradicting the university’s printed caution notice.

Questions, answered

What is the SIBM Noida MBA fee?
The official fee page (opened 23 September 2026) prints two tables for the Indian-student MBA without labelling which batch each belongs to: Rs 9,40,000 per annum — instalments of Rs 4,70,000 x 4, Rs 18,80,000 across the batch — and Rs 8,94,000 per annum — instalments of Rs 4,47,000 x 4, Rs 17,88,000 across the batch. Both carry a separate Rs 20,000 refundable institute deposit. Confirm with the admission office which table applies to your batch before you budget.
Is SIBM Noida only through SNAP?
Yes — SNAP plus the institute's own programme registration and payment. The pages we opened name no other entrance test. For the current university cycle, SNAP registration closes 25 November 2026, tests run 13, 19 and 26 December 2026, and the result is due 12 January 2027.
How many seats does SIBM Noida have?
60, per the official eligibility page opened 23 September 2026 — with SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PwD 3% reserved within the intake, plus 2 supernumerary Kashmiri Migrant seats and a 15% international-students provision above it.
What are SIBM Noida's placements?
The institute's own Placement Report MBA 2024-26 PDF (opened 23 September 2026) prints a highest package of Rs 19.72 LPA, a mean salary of Rs 8.6 LPA and a median of Rs 9.5 LPA across 40 visiting companies — the median printing above the mean on the institute's own chart. Read it against our placement-report methodology before comparing it with any other campus's headline.
Does SIBM Noida have a management quota or discretionary quota?
No such line prints on the pages we opened — not on the fee page, not in the FAQ. Unlike SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad, this campus prints no 2x Discretionary Quota rule. The SIU caution notice governs: no donation or capitation, no authorised agents, and permanent debarment for anyone approaching through an agent.
When does SIBM Noida's own form close?
The 2027-29 institute dates are not yet republished — the important-dates page still shows the completed cycle, in which institute registration closed 9 January 2026, one day before that year's SNAP result. Pattern worth planning around: at several Symbiosis institutes the institute form closes on or just before the SNAP result day, so do not wait for the score before registering.
