SIBM Campuses Compared: Pune vs Bengaluru vs Hyderabad vs Nagpur vs Noida

All five SIBM campuses' verified 2026-28 fees in one table: Pune Rs 26.20 lakh to Nagpur Rs 15.28 lakh (domicile), with the two campuses that print a 2x quota marked. Verified September 2026.

The short answer

As of 23 September 2026, five SIBM campuses print five different bills: Pune Rs 26.20 lakh across the batch, Bengaluru Rs 21.40 lakh, Noida Rs 18.80 lakh (a second, unlabelled Rs 17.88 lakh table), Hyderabad Rs 17.00 lakh and Nagpur Rs 17.98 lakh — Rs 15.28 lakh for Nagpur-domicile candidates. Only Bengaluru and Hyderabad print the 2x discretionary-quota rule.

Five campuses carry the SIBM name — Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Noida — and they do not charge one price. The verified 2026-28 spread runs from Rs 15.28 lakh to Rs 26.20 lakh across the batch, a Rs 10.92 lakh gap for the same university’s MBA. Every figure below comes from the campus’s own fee page, opened in September 2026; Noida’s is fresh from today, when its restructured site finally published fees and intake.

All rows are the academic line only — hostel, mess and deposits print on top. Noida appears twice deliberately: its fee page prints both tables with no batch label, and we show both rather than pick one. Read each campus’s own page before quoting any figure — the accessed dates are in the sources.

The three findings inside the table

The flagship premium is real and large. Pune’s Rs 26.20 lakh is 1.5 times Bengaluru’s bill and 1.7 times the cheapest door — for the same university, the same SNAP gate, and a different city. Whether the Pune brand, alumni network and catchment justify Rs 4.8-10.9 lakh over the siblings is the actual decision; our placement-report guide is the honest way to test it, because the campuses’ placement claims are not published on a comparable, audited basis.

The quota line splits the family. Only SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad print Discretionary Quota Seats — double the open-category academic fee, committee-approved, institute-receipted, score-gated, for the entire duration. On the current tables that reads roughly Rs 42.8 lakh across the batch at Bengaluru and Rs 34.0 lakh at Hyderabad. Pune, Nagpur and Noida print no such line: a “quota seat” pitch in those three names fails on the institutes’ own documents, and the SIU caution notice (no donation, no agents, permanent debarment) governs all five.

The two printed price breaks are Nagpur’s. Domicile candidates pay Rs 2.70 lakh less than other candidates for the same seat — the only domicile discount in the system — and Noida’s second table, if it governs a batch, prices the NCR campus below Hyderabad. Both are worth a written question to the admission office before you budget.

How to choose between them

Start from the city and the catchment, not the brand: Bengaluru and Hyderabad for IT/startup and pharma-belt roles, Pune for manufacturing and finance, Noida for the NCR market, Nagpur for central-India industry at the system’s lowest printed price. Then run the total — fee, hostel, travel — against the full Symbiosis ladder, which adds SCMHRD, SIIB, SSBF, SIDTM, SCIT, SICSR, SIMC, SIHS, SIMS, SIOM and SSSS beside these five. And if anyone quotes you a fee that is not on the campus’s own page, that gap is the story, not the seat.

Straight answers

Which SIBM campus is the cheapest?
For Nagpur-domicile candidates, SIBM Nagpur at Rs 3,82,075 per instalment — Rs 15,28,300 across the 2026-28 batch, per the official page opened 21-22 September 2026. For everyone else it is SIBM Hyderabad at Rs 8,50,000 a year (Rs 17,00,000 two-year, AY 2026-27 print) — narrowly ahead of Noida's second table at Rs 17,88,000. The flagship Pune bill (Rs 26.20 lakh) is 1.5 to 1.7 times the cheapest doors.
Which SIBM campuses print a management or discretionary quota?
Two of the five, in writing: SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad each print Discretionary Quota Seats at double the open-category academic fee, approved by the Fee Structure Committee, paid to the institute, for the entire duration, and gated on good entrance scores. SIBM Pune, SIBM Nagpur and SIBM Noida print no such line on any page we have opened. Read the verbatim rule on our six-campus quota map — four more Symbiosis institutes (SIDTM, SIOM, SIMC, SSSS) print it too.
Is a Nagpur-domicile candidate really charged less?
Yes — it is printed. SIBM Nagpur's fee page carries two 2026-28 tables: Rs 3,82,075 per instalment for Nagpur-domicile candidates and Rs 4,49,500 for others, a Rs 2,70,000 difference across the batch, each proved by its payable rows. It is the only domicile price break we have found in the Symbiosis system.
Why does SIBM Noida's fee page show two different amounts?
The page (opened 23 September 2026) prints two Indian-student MBA tables back to back with no batch label: Rs 9,40,000 a year (instalments Rs 4,70,000 x 4) and Rs 8,94,000 a year (Rs 4,47,000 x 4). Both are printed and current; which applies to your batch is a written question for the admission office, not something to assume.
Does the campus choice change the degree?
No — all five are Symbiosis International (Deemed University) institutes admitting through SNAP plus their own GE-PI rounds, and the award is the same university MBA. What changes is the bill, the city, the specialisation menu and the placement catchment. Our [Symbiosis fee ladder](/management/symbiosis-mba-fees-compared/) adds the seven non-SIBM Symbiosis campuses for the full-system view.
How do the five campuses' intakes compare?
Only two print a number on the pages we opened: Bengaluru prints 240 seats for Batch 2027-29, and Noida prints 60. Pune, Hyderabad and Nagpur do not print their sanctioned intake on the pages we verified — treat any circulated figure for those three as unconfirmed until the institute states it in writing.
