Pune SNAP Specialist MBAs Compared: SICSR, SIDTM, SSBF and SIIB

Pune SNAP specialist MBAs compared: SICSR, SIDTM, SSBF and SIIB fees read from instalment rows, plus SIDTM's printed 2x discretionary quota.

The short answer

As of 20 September 2026, Pune's SNAP specialist MBAs print four different bills once you read the instalment row: SICSR about Rs 5.70 lakh a year, SIDTM Rs 8.45 lakh, SSBF Rs 9.35 lakh, and SIIB's flagship International Business Rs 10.31 lakh. SIDTM is the one that also prints Discretionary Quota Seats at double the open-category academic fee.

Pune’s SNAP system is not one price. Once you read the instalment row rather than the ‘per annum’ label, the specialist campuses print four different academic bills — and only one of them prints a 2x discretionary-quota line. Every figure below is from the institute’s own page, opened today unless noted.

What should a SNAP applicant actually compare?

Four specialist MBAs, one exam, four second deadlines, four bills:

CampusProgrammeAcademic fee (instalment row)Institute form closesFirst merit listPrinted quota line
SICSRMBA (IT)Rs 2,85,000 per semester (Rs 5,70,000/year)16 January 202724 February 2027None — SIU merit-only

SSBFMBA (Banking and Finance)Rs 4,67,500 per semester (Rs 9,35,000/year)17 January 20271 March 2027None — SIU merit-only
SIIBMBA (International Business)Rs 5,15,500 per semester (Rs 10,31,000/year)18 December 2026, 23:5915 March 2027None — SIU merit-only

SIIB also prints cheaper Agri (Rs 3,24,500) and Sustainability (Rs 3,23,000) instalments on their own fee pages. SNAP itself is common: registration closes 25 November 2026, tests 13/19/26 December, result 12 January 2027, per snaptest.org opened today.

Where do these four sit against SIBM Pune and SCMHRD?

Below them. SIBM Pune’s academic fee is Rs 6,55,000 per instalment — Rs 13,10,000 a year — and SCMHRD’s 2026-28 table reads Rs 6,45,500 per annum. The specialist campuses are the SNAP doors that remain after those two, not substitutes for them. SIBM Pune still prints no discretionary-quota line; SIDTM does, in the same 2x words as SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad.

The two traps that still catch families

The instalment row. SICSR, SSBF and SIDTM all print “Academic Fees (Per Annum)” above a number that the instalment arithmetic proves is per semester. Add the two columns. If a consultant quotes half of SIDTM or SSBF, they have read the label and not the row.

The second deadline. SIIB closes 18 December, before the SNAP result. SIDTM closes 11 January, the day before it. Paying only for SNAP does not put a name on any of these four shortlists.

SIU’s caution notice is the same on every campus: merit through SNAP, no capitation, no authorised agents, permanent debarring for anyone who approaches through one. SIDTM’s 2x line lives inside that notice, paid to the institute, not beside it.

Straight answers

Which Pune SNAP specialist MBA is cheapest on the printed academic fee?
SICSR's MBA (Information Technology), at Rs 2,85,000 per semester — Rs 5,70,000 a year — per the official fee page opened 19 September 2026. Next are SIIB's Sustainability (Rs 3,23,000 per instalment) and Agri Business (Rs 3,24,500) programmes, then SIDTM (Rs 4,22,500), SSBF (Rs 4,67,500) and SIIB International Business (Rs 5,15,500).
Do any of these four print a management or discretionary quota?
SIDTM does. Its programmes page prints Discretionary Quota Seats at double the open-category academic fee, paid to the institute, for the entire duration, and only for students with a reasonable academic record and good entrance-test scores. SICSR, SSBF and SIIB print no such line; they sit on SIU's merit-only caution notice. SIBM Pune, for comparison, also prints no discretionary-quota line — SIBM Bengaluru and SIBM Hyderabad do.
Which institute form closes first?
SIIB, on 18 December 2026 at 23:59 — before the SNAP result. SIDTM closes 11 January 2027 (the day before the result). SSBF closes 17 January 2027. SICSR closes 16 January 2027. Missing the second payment means the SNAP score never reaches that campus.
Do they all accept only SNAP?
Yes. Each official process opened today (or yesterday, for SICSR) runs on SNAP 2026 plus that institute's own registration. No CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT or MAT route appears on these four pages.
Is the 'per annum' label on these fee tables trustworthy?
Not by itself. SICSR, SSBF and SIDTM print 'Academic Fees (Per Annum)' above a number that is clearly the per-instalment amount once you add the instalment row. SIIB prints the same number in every instalment column without leaning on that label. Read the instalment row. That is how SIBM Pune's fee was misquoted as half the real figure for weeks.
Where do SIBM Pune and SCMHRD sit against these four?
Above them on both fee and selectivity. SIBM Pune's academic fee is Rs 6,55,000 per instalment — Rs 13,10,000 a year. SCMHRD's 2026-28 table reads Rs 6,45,500 per annum. The four specialist campuses are the SNAP doors that remain after those two.
